Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery to the UK usually takes 7–15 working days. Delivery times can occasionally be affected by customs checks, weather or carrier delays.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free on UK orders over £50. For smaller orders, the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please email us at nexora1960@outlook.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate it, and if your parcel is lost in transit we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before your order is dispatched.
