Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days of payment. Delivery to the UK then usually takes 7–15 working days. Delivery times can occasionally vary because of customs, weather or carrier delays.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on UK orders over £50. For smaller orders, the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at nexora1960@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.
My trainers arrived damaged or are not what I ordered. What should I do?
We are sorry. Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away at nexora1960@outlook.com with your order number and a photo, so we can put it right.
How do I find my size?
All our trainers come in UK sizes 3 to 9.5. Measure your foot from heel to toe and compare it with the size guide on every product page, which also shows EU and US equivalents.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely at checkout. All available payment options, such as card payments and express checkouts, are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Shopify and encrypted.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at nexora1960@outlook.com. If your order has not been processed yet, we will do our best to change or cancel it.
How do I look after my trainers?
Spot clean with a soft, damp cloth and let them air dry naturally, away from direct heat.
